The Elastic Ankle Wrap has an adjustable fastener strap allowing for additional compression either medially or laterally. The support is suitable for most ankle ailments. Place foot in elastic sock, take wrap and cross over the top of foot and under the arch. Then wrap around the ankle attaching the hook closer for desired compression. Please turn inside out to use on either ankle Washing Instructions: Machine wash in cold water. Drip dry. Do not wring, twist, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
